Student Clinic Appointments
Effective June 1st
In regards to student clinic appointments for all of our programs our policies are as follows
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service price
- This fee is required before booking any future appointments
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without 24 hours’ prior notice will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service price
- Repeated no-shows may result in restricted or denied future booking privileges
Late Arrival Policy
We understand delays happen; however, arriving late impacts our students’ schedules and other guests.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule their appointment
- May be treated as a late cancellation — subject to the 50% service fee
Credit Card on File
To secure appointments, a valid card may be required at the time of booking. By booking an appointment, you authorize Federico Beauty Institute to charge the applicable fee in accordance with this policy.
