Rewards Program

Federico Beauty Institute created the Rewards Program to thank every guest for her/his patronage. Therefore, we’ve made it easy to join and it’s totally FREE.

Every customer of Federico Beauty Institute already belongs to the program and we’ll keep track of your points!!!

Customers must have a minimum of 500 points and may use either full point redemption or partial point redemption toward a service. We encourage clients to call the front desk to confirm the number of points they have earned at any point.

The Value:

100 points = $1

How to Earn Points:

PRE-BOOK AN APPOINTMENT = 200 Points
REFER A NEW CLIENT = 500 Points

Reward points are redeemable for any service on our service menu.

There is no expiration date on points earned. Points may not be redeemed for cash value.

Booking Information

Student Clinic Appointments

Effective June 1st

In regards to student clinic appointments for all of our programs our policies are as follows

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service price
  • This fee is required before booking any future appointments

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without 24 hours’ prior notice will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service price
  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted or denied future booking privileges

Late Arrival Policy

We understand delays happen; however, arriving late impacts our students’ schedules and other guests.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule their appointment
    • May be treated as a late cancellation — subject to the 50% service fee

Credit Card on File

To secure appointments, a valid card may be required at the time of booking. By booking an appointment, you authorize Federico Beauty Institute to charge the applicable fee in accordance with this policy.
